Locals Protesting Against Factory Pollution

December 27, 2013: local people have been protesting against the pollution to the local environment caused by the effluent released by the factory at the Hulas Wire Factory, Bansbari in the Morang district since yesterday, according to the RSS news on ‘gorkhapatraonline.com’.
They have protested against the noise and environmental pollution due to the effluent of the factory. They blocked the factory gate keeping the employees and workers out of the factory. The factory, however, has continued its operation, according to the District Police Office, Morang.
The local people have been protesting against the environmental pollution caused by the factory for a long time.
