Saving CA Became Impossible Says Nemwang

Issue 40, September 30, 2012

By KTM Metro Reporter

September 25, 2012: speaking at the inauguration function to open the International Chess Competition in Ilam today, Former Chairman of dissolved CA Subas Nemwang said that he could not save the CA even proposing for amending the Interim Constitution of Nepal, as the political forces did not step back from their political stand; however, an amendment to the Interim Constitution was unavoidable for going to polls, according to RSS/thehimalayantimes.com news.

Mr. Nemwang had been good for nothing Chairman of the dissolved CA. He did not take initiatives to craft a new constitution leaving everything to the leaders of the major political parties even though the mandate was for the CA to craft a new constitution. Mr. Nemwang simply followed whatever the political leaders told him to do causing disappointment to the CA members for not having any say in crafting a new constitution even though they were elected for crafting a new constitution. How could such a man save the CA?
