US Lifts Travel Warning To Nepal

December 8, 2011: the US government has lifted its travel warning to its citizens to Nepal in view of the improved security situation and political stability.

"In recognition of improved conditions in Nepal, the U.S. Department of State has cancelled the Travel Warning that was most recently issued on January 12, 2011," ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today quotes the embassy statement.

The easing of travel to Nepal means encouraging US citizens to travel to Nepal. It is premium to Nepal in the Tourism year that is ending very soon. It would present a good image of Nepal for anybody traveling to Nepal and enjoying its unique natural beauty and the unique hospitability of Nepalis.
