Bollywood Night At Dasharath Stadium Of Kathmandu In April

December 15, 2011: Nepal Tourism Board (NTB) jointly with ‘Thought Waves Media Pvt Ltd’ Mumbai plans to hold a grand Bollywood Night at Dasharath Stadium of Kathmandu in April 2012 that would bring around two dozen actors and actresses from the Bollywood, ‘The Economic Times’ of India reports.
The event will bring several directors and producers in addition to the actors and actress, and perhaps tens of thousand of fans from India and Nepal to Kathmandu. It would certainly boost the tourism industry bringing additional Indian tourists to Nepal.
Nepal has been the center of pilgrimage for Indian Hindus. Every year thousands of Indian Hindus visit Pashupatinath in Kathmandu on the occasion of Shiva Ratri: The night of Lord Shiva. Hundreds of Indians visit Muktinath in Mustang District. Nepal has several such religious shrines for Hindus to visit.
