US Ambassador To Nepal Arrives In Kathmandu

April 16, 2010: United States Ambassador to Nepal Scott H DeLisi has arrived in Kathmandu on Thursday, April 15, 2010, and has planned to present his credentials to President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav on April 18, 2010.
"I am looking forward to build on the long-standing friendship between our two countries and strengthen the bonds of goodwill between our two peoples," said DeLisi speaking to the reporters.
DeLisi is a career diplomat, and has served as an ambassador to the State of Eritrea and as Deputy Chief of Mission of the American Embassy in Gaborone, Botswana.
