Need Of Land Management For Social Justice And High Productivity

September 27, 2011: making public the reports of the High Level Land Reform Commission of 2065, and High Level Land Reform Commission on Scientific Land Reform of 2066 in Kathmandu yesterday, Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattara has said that the social justice and the economic prosperity of Nepalis would not be possible without the revolutionary land reforms; so, he stressed the need for effective land management to stabilize the social change through economic prosperity, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today writes.
The prime minister has said that the government needs to enforce the land reforms following the spirit of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement, encompassing both the aspects of just distribution and growth in productivity, and has committed to implement the positive aspects of the reports of both the commissions.
