Bureaucracy Not Working On His Order

Issue 02, January 09, 2011

By KTM Metro Reporter

January 3, 2011: speaking at the function held to launch the book titled ‘Samasamayik Prashasan’, written by Revenue Secretary Krishna Hari Baskota in Kathmandu on Sunday, January 02, 2011, officiating Prime Minister Madhav Nepal has complained that the Nepalese bureaucracy has not followed his instructions properly, ‘The Rising Nepal’ of today writes. He wonders if the bureaucracy does not follow the prime minister’s directives, what other ministers and individuals can do.

"I have promised to solve the problem of garbage within three months when I became the prime minister, but 20 months after I became the prime minister, the problem remains as it is," ‘The Rising Nepal’ quotes the officiating prime minister.

However, Madhav Nepal has been successful to steal a huge sum of money both from the pockets of the people and from the state treasury for running his party for another 10 years. It is no wonder that many young people including the actor called Bhuvan KC have rushed to join his party seeing the prospect of grabbing some bones at least.
