In No Case Constitution Will Be On May 28

April 7, 2010: speaking at the function held by dalits in Kathmandu, Leader of CPN-UML Bamdev Gautam has said that in no case a new constitution could be promulgated on May 28, 2010; thereafter, the term of Presidents and Prime Minister expires automatically. In this case, the country will face political uncertainty; so, leaders of UCPN-Maoist, NC and CPM-UML need to work for the consensus politics and promulgate a new constitution on time to save the country from such a situation says Mr. Gautam according to the state-run newspaper ‘Gorkhapatra’ of April 7, 2010.
