Nepalese Prime Minister Prachanda in New York

On September 22, 2008, Nepalese Prime Minister reached New York. The special security force escorted the Nepalese Prime Minister from the airport to the Hotel Hyatt where he would be staying.
In the evening, Prime Minister Prachanda attended the inaugural party hosted by US President George W. Bush and met with him and have a talk with him. Prime Minister Prachanda told President Bush that Nepal had undergone a sea change in the political setup and wanted assistance from the US Government for the fast economic development. President Bush assured the Nepalese Prime Minister that the US Government would provide Nepal with the assistance as much as possible.
Prime Minister Prachanda is in New York to attend the 63rd session of United Nations General Assembly. He is schedule to address the UN General Assembly on Friday, September 26, 2008. He has a plan to meet with UN General Secretary Ban-ki-moon, other heads of state and ministers while in New York.
Before flying to New York, Prime Minister Prachanda visited the resident turned into a museum to Karl Marx in Germany. Marx propounded the theory of communism, later on, called Marxism.
