By KTM Metro Reporter in Kathmandu

After the Nevah Autonomous State-Manka Movement Committee has called for the Kathmandu Valley shutdown on June 1, 2009 paralyzing the normal life in the valley and the districts beyond it, Prime Minister Madhav Nepal has said that he will take back the ‘Integrated Kathmandu Valley Urban Development Bill’ registered at the parliament on April 19, 2009.

On the morning of June 2, 2009, Prime Minister Madhav Nepal is sitting with the leaders of four parties such as NC, CPN-UML, MPRF and TMDP to sort out the problems of completing the formation of Council of Ministers. At 3:00 P.M., he is sitting with the leaders of 22 political parties with the same purpose at his office.

Prime Minister Madhav Nepal has asked Defense Minister Miss Bidhya Bhandari for submitting the file with the proposal for extending the term of eight Brigadier Generals that the government of Maoist Chairman Prachanda has not extended.
