Vice-president Jha on Oath Again

On August 18, 2009, Vice-president Permananda Jha in a written reply to the Supreme Court of Nepal querying him about the progress in taking the oath in Nepali has said that he would be able to take the oath of office only after the President approves it and the Cabinet of Minister sets a program on it; however, he has taken the oath of office following the Annex 1 (a) of the Constitution, and the President has accepted it; in addition, he has signed in the oath written in Nepali and is kept for the record.
